Select the advisor of your choice, click on Book an Appointment using that advisor’s page and proceed to selecting the date, time, preference to get the reading and landline/mobile number. We’ll send your request to the advisor, it’s that simple!

You have the option to schedule and book phone, online chat and video readings.

If you don’t see a date/time on the advisor’s schedule that convenient for you, you can send a request outside their posted schedule for the week and follow the steps to request an appointment. Please note: requesting a time outside of the advisor’s schedule does not guarantee your appointment.

Login to your AstroFame account, go to my booked reading and click to join. You will be able to join 5 minutes from the appointment time using the AstroFame virtual reading space. If you have upcoming phone reading appointment, you’ll be receiving a call from us via the phone number provided. We take care of everything for you!

You will receive a confirmation email after scheduling your appointment. To join chat and video readings, an exclusive and secure link email reminder 15 minutes before the start of your appointment will give you access to enter and meet your advisor.

Your appointment will be considered missed if you are late, you will be allowed either to schedule a new appointment or connect for an instant reading if they are currently available.

Confirm that your payment methods are up-to-date.

Check your messages on astrofame account regards any updates concerning your readings from our behalf or the advisor.

We ask you to to patiently wait a few minutes, the advisor might be behind schedule or ending a prior reading.

After joining the appointment, if for some reason the advisor does not show up, please contact our customer care team.

Appointments can be canceled through using your account at astrofame.com or through our customer care team at 1-857-239-0321.

Booking an appointment with an advisor has no extra cost: pricing and conditions are similar as for instant readings.

Discounts and special offers can be applied and used if the appointment occurs before their expiration date.
