How do I join Crystal Rewards?

How do Crystal Rewards work?

You will start earning rewards on every reading and every purchase you make. Every dollar you spending on eligible call, chat, email and video readings of any given month are added up upon reaching $100, the following month you can reach up to $75 in rewards based on last full month's purchases.
Do my Crystal Rewards expire?

Claimed rewards dollars are valid for 3 months from the date of your last qualifying reading. To check if you have any rewards dollars, click here.
When are the Crystal Rewards available?

Within the first five business days of each month, you will receive an email notification to claim the rewards dollars using your verified member account.
How can I use my Crystal Rewards?

The claimed reward dollars will be credited immediately to the account and available towards future readings.
